Our Purpose:

The purpose of the Cowley College Black Student Union is to empower the African-American Community of Cowley College, to ensure unity and pride in African-American culture on campus, and to represent actively and positively the African-American community on and off campus.

Goals given by members:

• Growth of Community Service
• Sense of togetherness and unity with Black Student Leaders on campus
• Be involved with other schools
• The organization provides leadership and friendship
• Raise money for a scholarship fund
• Learn how to be part of a well organized group
