Textbook Refund Policy

A REGISTER RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY REFUND AND EXCHANGE!

A 100% refund will be calculated by the computer system based on the starting date of each class. Please refer to your class schedule for the "Last Date for Refund."

• Textbooks purchased after the last day for a 100% refund are not refundable.
• New textbooks must be unchanged in any way to receive a full refund.  New textbooks returned in less than new condition will be refunded at up to 50% of the purchase price during posted textbook buyback, even if the class cancels.
• Textbooks which have been marked, damaged or unwrapped are considered used.
• Defective textbooks may be exchanged with a dated cash register receipt..
