Journalism
As a Cowley journalism student, you will have the opportunity to develop writing, design, and photography skills by serving as a staff member on the college's award-winning student newspaper.
Financial Assistance: Books and tuition scholarships are available for qualified students on the newspaper staff. You also are encouraged to apply for federal financial aid.
GPA Requirements: 2.5
Scholarship covers tuition and books
Requirements:
- Must enroll in Newspaper Production and adhere to the GPA and hour requirements of contract.
- Scholarship is valid only if the recipient is enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours at the ARKANSAS CITY CAMPUS. On-line courses will not count as Arkansas City Campus courses.
